He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Haisler (Bill) and Mary Haisler; his parents-in-law, Ethel and Frank Hamby; his siblings-in-law, Joel Broughton, Gary Smith, Langston Thomas and MaryAnn Smith; his nephew Wally Statema; and his niece Heather Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Vinita Haisler; his sister Doris Broughton; his children, Tish Oliver (Billy), Denyse Fernandez (Mark), Meranda Marek (Wade) and Joseph Haisler (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Mark Fernandez II (Lyric), Willie Joe Fernandez (Morgan), Jessica Rittenberry (William), Kaitlyn Oliver, Nicholas Oliver, James Haisler, Jake Haisler and John Haisler.
