He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James and Azema Chaisson Box; his wife Edna Delaine Box; his son David Mack Box; his brother Dan; and his sister-in-law Ethel Box.
He is survived by: his children, Randy (Judy Box), William E. "Billy" Box II of Simms, Texas and Cindy; his son-in-law David Moore of Heavener, Oklahoma; his siblings, Ihla Rae Box of Port Barre, Sylvia Swilley of Grand Pass, OR and Dean; and his sister-in-law Gail Box of Lafayette, Louisiana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
