She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Williams and Maxine Steelman Williams; and her siblings, Phillip Williams and Gladys Ann Murray. She is survived by: her husband James Smith; her son Todd; her daughter-in-law Jackie Smith; her daughter Leigh Ann Smith; her children-in-law, Shelly, Westley McHargue, Shawna and Joey Engle; her sister Janet; her brother-in-law Jerry May; and her grandchildren, Aaron Ward, Cade Smith, Austin Smith, Amanda Weeks, Mela Lawrence, Zachary Love, Colt Engle and Colby Engle.
A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bates Family Funeral Home (601 E Front St, De Kalb, TX 75559).
