He is survived by: his parents, Ricky May and Kay May; his husband Jeffery Lewis; his sister Laura Gonzalez; his brother-in-law Jose; his nephews, Taylor and Kaden; his niece Sadie; his siblings-in-law, Terry Lewis, Rodney Lewis and Jocelyn Lewis; his niece Rebecca Gerren (Nick); and his nephews, Michael Braendle (Amanda) and Brandon Lewis (Heather). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nephews and great-niece, and an extensive extended family.
