She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Olen "Perunie" and Nelma Grace Proctor Phillips; her stepmother Jean Wilson Phillips; her husband Herman "Dutch" Koch; her brother Randy Phillips; her granddaughter April Coberly; and her great grandchild Victoria Coberly.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy (Cheryl Belcher) and Wayne (Kimberly Belcher); her siblings, Linda Bolton of Texarkana, Texas and O. B.; her sister-in-law Caroline Phillips of New Boston, Texas; and her grandchildren, Alison Spencer (Craig), Whitney Brown (Aaron), Michael Belcher (Elizabeth), Kristilin Belcher and Daniel Hezlep. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
