He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mack Mears and Valeta Tidwell Mears. He is survived by: his siblings, David Mears (Connie) of Simms, Doug Mears of Simms, Michael Mears (Pam) of Georgia and Pam; his brother-in-law Mickey Watts of Simms, Texas; and his friends, Shelly Bradford of Hooks Texas and Carl Kemp of Hooks, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sand Hill Cemetery (2165 FM561, Simms, TX 75574).
