He is survived by: his wife Monica Oliver Green of Simms, Texas; his sons, Phillip (Brandy Green) and Barry Green of Simms, Texas; his brothers, Eddie (Kathy Green) and Terry Green of Maud, Texas; his grandchildren, Dustin Green (Brenna), Sierra Robertson (Ryan), Kaden Green (Sarah), Blade Green (Abegail) and Canden Green; and his great grandchildren, Colt Green, Hazelie Green and Oakley Robertson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
