He is survived by: his wife Dawn Samuelson; his sons, John Chesworth and William Chesworth; his brothers, Robert Wynne and Wynne Samuelson; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Hook and Debbie Walker. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and grandchildren.
