John May Obituary

We bid farewell to John May of Simms, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 16, 2024 at the age of 79. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl May and Lottie Lee Easttam May; and his siblings, Bill May, Loyd May, Roy May, Delbert May, Hubert May, Herbert May, Era Orr, Vera Daniels, Joyce Heard and Emma Burns.

He is survived by: his brother Jesse; his sister-in-law Nancy May of Mt. Pleasant; and his sister Lou Currey of Naples, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the God's Little Acre Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to God's Little Acre Church.
