She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Lee Cooper and Elbert Dyke; and her son David Mack Box. She is survived by: her husband William Elbert Box of Simms, Texas; her children, Randy (Judy Box), William E. "Billy" Box II and Cindy; her son-in-law David Moore of Heavener, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Linda (Billy Bob May), Kaye Kelly of Debary, Florida, Nick (Pat Dyke) and David (Nancy McDaniel). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
