He was predeceased by: his parent Choice Alford Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Lawing Smith of Simms, Texas; and his sons, Matthew Smith of Dallas and Cas Smith of Carthage, Texas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
