He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Tefteller and Jessie Tefteller (Paulette Tefteller); his granddaughter Misty Firth; and his great grandchild Everly Firth. He is survived by : his daughters, Tina (Dwayne) and Cindy (Raymond Brown); his sister Christine Faulkner of Simms Texas; his grandchildren, Tommy Dick (Kinsey), Billy Brown (Ariel), Dane Firth, Justin Firth (Carrie) and Leeann Tidwell; and his great grandchildren, Blaze Dick, Karter Dick, Kason Firth, Winston Firth, Jaxon Firth, Laynee Brown and Zander Brown.

Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Old Salem Cemetery (6199 FM1840, New Boston, TX 75570).
