He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Houston McPherson and Leila Terry McPherson; and his wife Betty Laverne Dickerson. He is survived by: his son Bobby Scott of Wellington. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials to the Silverton Cemetery Association.
