She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Bloodworth and Mary Walker Bloodworth; her husband J. C.; her daughters, Marilyn Smith and Donna Morton; and her siblings, Allen Bloodworth, Raymond Bloodworth, Earnest Bloodworth, Clayton Bloodworth, Daisy Price and Ruby Robertson.

She is survived by: her children, Jacky Wallace, Pam Wallace of Abilene, Susan Millican, Troy Millican of Sterling City, Buddy Wallace, Kip Wallace of Robert Lee and Jackie Smith of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Joel Smith, Lindsay, Michael Wallace-Mullins, Cayla, Jerrod Holt, Tyler, Alison Wallace, Jeff and Kate Gibson; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Samuel Gibson and John Crea Holt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
