He was predeceased by: his wife Talia Gubbins; his sister-in-law LaVaughn Davis; and his nephew Craig Green. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Linda McCarthy of Kansas and Tina McCarthy; and his granddaughters, Naomi Phillips and Tori Samel. He is also survived by two great grandchildren all of Missouri, 17 step nieces and nephews, six great nieces.
