She was predeceased by: her husband Silver Chisum; her parents, William "Bill" Tosh and Ruth Tosh; and her sister Emogene Robertson. She is survived by: her siblings, Johnnye Milburn of Fort Worth and William Tosh of Dedham, Maine; her children, Carolyn Sweeney (Kevin), Michael Chisum, Patricia Looney and Randall Chisum (Cindy); her grandchildren, Amber Harrison (James), Caitlin Taylor (Michael), Laura Chisum, Janna Shepherd (Scotty), Daniel Chisum and Elissa Thomasson (Bryce); and her great grandchildren, Courtney Harrison, Shona Shepherd and Edward Shepherd.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Billie's name to Meals on Wheels Central Texas or Mobile Loaves and Fishes.
