He is survived by: his significant other Constance Ann Cunningham; his son Kevin W. Cunningham (Mary) of Silsbee, TX; his grandchildren, Ann Cunningham Villalobos (Jason), Chancey Tru Miller and Kenneth Miller (Witney); and his great grandchildren, Myli Miller and Bowen Miller.
