He was predeceased by: his parents, Addie Mae Davis Kelley and Claude Edward Kelley; his wife Joyce Lucille Kelley; his sons, Jack Thompson, Melvin Kelley and William Kelley; and his siblings, Joe Kelley, Jimmy Kelley, Patsy Pharris and Billie Clement.
He is survived by: his children, Neva Hollyfield (Mike) of Silsbee, Penny Penisson (Brad) of Silsbee, Darla Denmon (Stacy Denmon) of Cedar Hill and Jimmy Immel (Betty) of Silsbee; his grandchildren, Daniel Hollyfield, Jason Hollyfield, Jennifer Theis, Patricia Denmon, Erika Kemp, Michelle Johnson, Dana Elmore, Ana Warriner, Jimmy Immel, Jr., Tommy Thompson, Angelia Hunnsinker, Jodie Immel, Gidget Bertrand, Greg Hobbs, Evan Penisson and Allen Penisson; and his siblings, John Franklin Kelley (Janice) of Hampshire-Fannet, Robert Wayne Kelley (Cathy) of Vidor and Joy Lavern Bonnett (Eddie) of Lake Rayburn. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
