The memory of Sarah Richardson of Silsbee, Texas, who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Crain Laurent and Elmer Curtis Laurent; her husband Tom Dick Richardson; and her siblings, Betty Lois Laurent, Shirley Darlene Laurent, Joanne Rick, Mary Jane Dryden, Richard Elmer Laurent, Sr. and Lucy Ella Lindsey.
She is survived by: her significant other William Lee; her son Rodney Laurent (Lisa); her granddaughter Kambrie Laurent Condit (Christopher); her stepgranddaughters, Candace Bishop (Bryce) and Kindell Dennis (Ryan); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Evelynn, Harris, Jhett and Mylee; and her siblings, Rose York, Herman Laurent Sr., Curtis Laurent, Tammy Laurent and Mae Page. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Broussard's Mortuary (490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee, TX 77656). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Antioch Cemetery-Buna (1850 FM 1004, Buna, TX 77612).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
