She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugenia Alvenia Phillips and Charles McKinney Denson; her husband Wendell Leroy Cornwell; her sons, David Wendall Cornwell and Jonathan Keith Cornwell; her granddaughter Page Lynn Carpenter; and her siblings, Marie Freeman, Maude Cook, Minnie Tuttle, Myrtis Sampson and Fred Denson.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Cornwell of Silsbee; her grandchildren, John David Cornwell (Tricia) of Pearland, Jason Daniel Cornwell (Sara) of Albuquerque and Ashli Sambaluk (Eric) of Grapevine; and her great grandchildren, Lila Page Cornwell and Davis Cornwell. She is also survived by her three sons.
