He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kastner; his children, Roy Allen Kastner of Georgetown, Randy Cecil Kastner, Donna Saffell of Prairie Lea, Ronnie Gene Kastner (Georgian) of Austin, Darla Straw of Silsbee and Mary Striver (Kevin) of Cedar Creek; his adoptive son Gary Lee Plant, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kristi Bordner, Roy Allen Kastner, Jr., Ronnie Gene Kastner, Jr., Rhonda Kastner, Joey Cobb and Jerry Kaye Cobb; and his siblings, David Kastner of Austin, Leona Schaefer (Buster) of Austin and Raymond Kastner of The Phillipines.
