She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Eli McCartney and Fannie Maud McCartney (Hess); and her brother Charles Eugene McCartney. She is survived by: her children, Robert Truman Biskamp Jr. (Dianne) and Charlotte Ann O'Rourke (Ted); her grandchildren, Sean O'Rourke (Kristin), Michael O'Rourke (Bri'd), Angelia Biskamp, Patricia Cagle (James) and Russell Brown; her great grandchildren, Alexis Stringer (Dylan), Jace Tompkins, Kennedy O'Rourke, Keira O'Rourke, Gage Brown, Coleen Cagle and Brandon Cagle; and her great great grandchild Archer Stringer. She is also survived by numerous extended family members, colleagues, and friends.
