She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Murriel Freeman Black and James Edward Black; and her siblings, Curtis Black, Galen Black, Mary Katherine Black and Calvin Black.
She is survived by: her sister Sheryl Black (Allen Harris, Jr.) of Evadale. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
