He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carrell and Frances Carrell; and his siblings, Betty Sangwin-Gossett and Chuck Carrell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Pearce Carrell of Silsbee; his children, Marvin "Wade" Carrell (Pamela) of Kountze, Catrina Stroud Rigby (Slade) of Leakey and Jamie Carrell of Silsbee; his siblings, Linda Woodcock, Terry Carrell, Kathy O'Quinn-Caraway (Sam) and Wanda Gore (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Lauren Fleetwood (Joshua), Braden Carrell (Shan), Brook Falls-Landry (Cody), Jaron Falls, Addison Biedermann (Billy), Ty Stroud and Travis Jones (Ashley). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and numerous friends and extended family.
