He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Charity, Jim Womack, Louise, Jodie Hartley, Joe Denby, Wilson LeBlanc and Vernas Marshall; and his uncle Mark Stephen LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his parents, Casey Jo Womack LeBlanc and Chris Allen LeBlanc of Silsbee; his sisters, Christa LeBlanc and Alayna Dawn of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; his grandparents, Mary, Jimmy Womack of Silsbee, Kathleen and Willard LeBlanc of Hemphill; his great-grandparent Stan Marshall of Louisiana; his aunts and uncles, Timothy LeBlanc (Laura) of Groves, Delia Dempsey (John) of Buna, Daniel LeBlanc (Jennifer) of Silsbee, Patricia McDonald (Nathan) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Kristi White (Benjamin) of Silsbee; his nieces and nephews, Madeline LeBlanc, Aiden LeBlanc and Natalie LeBlanc; and his cousins, Hollie of Logan, JC, Billy Joe, Kenneth, Sheena, Reesie, Bentley, Maddilyn, Addison and Samuel.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Charity and Jim Womack; Louise and Jodie Hartley; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Denby; Mr. and Mrs. Wilson LeBlanc; and Vernas Marshall; and uncle, Mark Stephen LeBlanc.
