He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Sue Price Ard and L. G. Ard; and his sister Patsy Ard Whiteside. He is survived by: his wife Cindi Ard; his daughters, Stacie Arsement (Brent) of Kountze and Gini Barton (Woody) of Silsbee; his grandchildren, Jakob Arsement, Zackery Arsement, Sarah Arsement, Mindi Barton and Bobby Barton; and his sisters, Renee Gallaspy (Eddie) of Silsbee and Rita Herrington (Tim) of Silsbee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
