She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse "Jack" Collier and Marion Hampton Collier; her brother Frank Collier; her sister-in-law Betty Collier; her sister Glenda Scott; her niece Mandy Carter; and her father-in-law James Coy McMillan.

She is survived by: her friends, Jean and Doris Huff; her husband James W. McMillan; her sons, James E. McMillan (Tammy) and Jarrod McMillan (Angie); her grandchildren, Cecily McMillan, James William McMillan, Tate McMillan, Grayson McMillan and Ella McMillan; her brother Doug Collier (Marian); and also, Bob and Clydine Pate.
