He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrta Davis Parker and Arthur Bert Parker; and his sister Bess Spears. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Parker; his children, Debbie Blackwell (Howard) of Silsbee, Sheila Lee (Michael) of Silsbee, Terry Moore (Bill) of Fred and Betty Martel (John Holt) of Silsbee; and his brother Robert "Butch" Parker of Silsbee. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
