It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Wilson (Silsbee, Texas), born in Woodville, Texas, who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Jacob Kelley and Jack Kelley; her husband Robert Joseph Shaffer, Sr.; and her brother Huey Thomas Kelley. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda McNeil (Robby) of Silsbee, Robert Shaffer, Jr. (Lynette) of Buna, Kenny Shaffer (Darla) of Silsbee and Roger Shaffer (Phyllis) of Silsbee; and her sisters, Glenda Drake (Jimmy) of Silsbee and JoAnn Manning of Vidor. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.
