He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shelia Harper (Arline); his children, Shanteria McMahon (Michael McMahon, Sr.) and Delton Harper, Jr. (Raquita Harper); his grandchildren, India McMahon and Michael McMahon, Jr.; his siblings, Teary Harper, Winfred Harper, Sr., John Harper, Cecelia Jones (Derrick Jones), Lashawn Harper, Eric Harper, Zachary Harper, Chris Harper, Tracy Howard, Sr. and Dwight Howard; his father-in-law Leroy Comeaux; and his siblings-in-law, Calvin Tyler (Shuronda), Tony Rodgers, Sandra Comeaux and Layo Robinson (Michael). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Harper will be held at 11:00 a. m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at First Assembly of God Church located at 950 Hwy 96 South - Silsbee, Texas 77656, with the practice of social distancing and Facial Masks required.
