He is survived by: his parents, Lila Jane Payne Reynolds and David Wesley Webb, Jr. (Lacinda) of Sherman; his parent-in-law J. R. "Rusty" Reynolds of Silsbee; and his siblings, Brian Webb (Jocelyn) of Bryan, Bruce Webb of Richmond, Ashley Reynolds (Kara) of Silsbee and Aaron Webb of Sherman. He is also survived by two nieces; and two nephews.
