Carol Powell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2020, at the age of 70, Carol Powell of Silsbee, Texas, born in Crowley, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Mae Fontenot Haire and Emory Lee Haire, Jr.; her husband Bobby Lee Powell; her children, Gary Powell and Patricia Smith; her grandsons, Jimmy Odom and David Vashaw; and her siblings, Jimmy Haire and Frances Lowe.

She is survived by: her daughters, Talisa Parsons (Mark) of Silsbee, Sally Stanley (Dugan) of Silsbee, Mae Odom (David) of Kountze and Linda Vashaw (Jonathan) of Nixa, Missouri; and her brother Roger Haire (Robin). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
