He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Tucker Horka and Henry Thomas Horka; and his sister Ann Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Pam Horka; his children, Dee Dee Horka Scott (Eric) of Alice and Misti Doucet of Silsbee; his grandchildren, Cullen Cutbirth of Denver, Colorado, Hunter Ingram (Madison) of Plano, Caroline Hajduk (Thomas) of Houston, Hadyn Ingram of College Station and London Doucet of Silsbee; his great grandchild Holden Beau Ingram; his godson Jesse Wheeler (Millette); and also, Jacob of Lumberton and Cole Wheeler of Lumberton.
