He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Kozlowski (Don) of Beaumont and James Carpenter, Jr.; his wife Letha of Silsbee; and also, Gregory Carpenter of Beaumont, Charlotte Stephens (Michael) of Silsbee, Brian Carpenter (Gina) of Warren and Pamela Carpenter of Jasper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
