He is survived by: his wife Sidney Choate; his children, Stephen Choate (Robin Choate) and Heather Choate; his grandchildren, Taylor Dolifka (Levi Dolifka), Brittyn Choate, Megan Honan (Kevin Honan), Stephanie Hartlieb (Tyler Hartlieb), Chandler Choate (Tyler Musso) and Michael Austin Krail; his great grandchildren, Lula Dolifka and Ellie Honan; and his sisters, Paula Adams and Carrie May.
