He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Kasper and Agnes Kasper (Migl); and his brothers, John Kasper III and Paul E. Kasper. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth (Patti) of New Braunfels, Richard (Karen) of College Station and Vicki Reeves (Boe) of Weimar.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ray's honor can be made to Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church or Shiner Catholic Schools.
