She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Sofka and Christie Stock Sofka; her husband Carroll Sembera; and her sister Paula Korenek. She is survived by: her children, Sonya Lovejoy (Mike), Jacqueline Witte (Scott), Michelle Schuette (Tommy), Lea Ann Sembera and Michael Sembera (Barbara); her grandchildren, Whitney, Karli, Tanner, Joshua, Kyle, Alison, Callie, Riley, Lauren, Carson and Alexandra; her great grandchildren, Braxton, Declan, Torin, Tayten, Laykin, Liam and Dawson; and her siblings, Joyce Johnson, Cathy Boedeker, Donna Morgan, Dianne Cameron and James Sofka.
Memorial contributions may be given to Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church.
