He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lawrence and Lottie Elliott Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Lawrence; his children, Michelle Voggess, Tabetha Breaux, Helen McAfee, James Lee Lawrence, Archie Lawrence and Willie Hunt; and his sisters, Velzora Thibodeaux and Evelyn Hayes. He is also survived by 41 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
