She is survived by: her children, Joan Benbow of Corpus Christi and Van Newby of Shiner; her sister Dorothy "Dot" Toups of New Iberia; her grandsons, Aaron Benbow of Corpus Christi and Blake Benbow (Meghan) of La Vernia; her great grandchildren, Chloe Benbow and Addison Benbow; her husband Patrick Henry Newby Jr.; her brothers, James Ray, Royce Donnelly and John Paul Donnelly; and her son-in-law Rodger Benbow.
