He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Jalufka and Tillie Jalufka; and his brothers, Alphonse Jalufka, Larry Jalufka, Raymond Jalufka, Robert Jalufka and Royce Jalufka.

He is survived by: his children, Frank Jalufka and Diane Rivera; his stepson Jacob Ramos; and his siblings, Mary Ann Svetlik (Benedict), Madeline Matula, Patricia Davis and Benjamin Jalufka. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and many friends.
