He was predeceased by: his father James Davis "JD" Finney; his niece Jennifer Finney; and his sister-in-law Judy Finney. He is survived by: his mother Louise Finney; his girlfriend Mary Childress; his daughters, Adriana Finney and Sheila Finney; his son-in-law Stephen Battles; his siblings, Vickie, Alma, Jimmy, Harold and Jana; his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Scott, Janie and Michael; his stepson Blake Pitchford; and his pet Loki.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waldo Funeral Home (619 N Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
