He is survived by: his children, Victor Lee Popplewell, Jr. (Ramona) of Southmayd and Ann; his son-in-law Mark Runnels; his son Tom; his daughter-in-law Cindy Wooton; his son Eric; his grandchildren, Cora, Andy, Sarah Popplewell, Cole, Suzy, Janae Runnels, Amber Gillam, Crystal Bowman, Holly Peterman, Britton, David, Caleb and Alexander Wooton; and his sister Ruth Hightower (Galen). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
