Ballard Staples; his wife Shelly; his daughters, Chrystal Cabrera and Courtney Ortiz; his stepdaughter Candice; his sons, Cory Staples, Robert Staples, Anthony Staples and Dustin Staples; his siblings, Mike Staples, Patrick Staples, Jerry Don Stamps and Melessa Staples; and his grandchildren, Alex, Sariana, Lillianna, Asael Enrique Jr., Rosie, Elesea, Jadelyn, Aven, Riley, Tristan and Greyson Anthony Staples.
