He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryant Wessinger and Nema Wessinger (Williams); his wife Barbara; his son Ray Charles Wessinger; his brother Jimmy Wessinger; and his niece Heather McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his son Randy (Debby) of Cabot; and his friend Tommy Sue Spalding of Sherman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice of Sherman.
