He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Andrew Blair and Edna Annie Sandifer Blair; his siblings, Onita Cook, Darwin Blair, Bernice McKnight and Marlin Blair; and his son Royce Lynn Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carlyn Blair; his daughter Nancy Diane Clingan (Terry) of Sherman; his grandchildren, Henry (Joni) and Elayna Yukino Blair Roddy (Chance); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Hannah Blair and Roman Royce Latimer Roddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Collinsville Cemetery.
