He is survived by: his wife Missy; his children, Nate Spurgeon, Haileigh Guerrero (Will) and Taylor Platt; his stepchildren, Kayli Rushing (Blake) and Jeremy Croney (Taylor); his grandfather Charles Ross; his mother Hope Samworth; his brother John Platt; and his grandsons, Nate, Luke Rushing and Miles Guerrero. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
