He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Marie; his grandson Dustin Lynn Chance; his parents, Vernon Chance and Pearl Chance Parker; his stepfather Mauel Parker; his sister Rosello Stout; and his brother-in-law Hollis Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Victoria Gaye, Michael Stanley Chance, Vickye Allen (Dave), Janet Marie Kinman (John) and Kala Renae Chance (Kirk); his grandchildren, Jennifer Barrett (Curtis), Melissa Northrup (Garry) and Garrett Chance; his great grandchildren, Joshua Barrett, Zechariah Barrett, Elijah Barrett, Cameron Northrup (Nautika), Gracie Northrup, Jade Northrup and Brooklyn Chance; his sisters, Cheryl Patrick and Joan Terrell; and his brother-in-law Phillip Patrick (Buzzy).
