She is survived by: her children, Carl Ellis Jr. (Lawanda), Alice Hill (Leonard), Machelle Alexander and Kimberly Dudley (Jeff); her sister Wilma Sledge; and her great grandchildren, Cedric Jones, Brandon Hill, Anthony Hill, Marvin Ellis, Jordan Alexander and Andrew Hill. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
