She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Melissa Fay Porter; her parents, Richard Calhoun and Fay Calhoun; her son Michael Porter; and her grandchildren, Justin, Jacob, Traylon, April, Nicole, Mikali and Veda. She was also cherished by 2 sisters and a brother.
