She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Leroy Forsythe and Clara Katherine Forsythe; her brother Homer Leroy Forsythe Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Ronnie and Lonnie Thacker.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Jenson and Juanita Sullivan; her daughters, Karin Lamb (Teresa Simmons) of Van Alstyne and Shana Hughes of Bentonville, Arkansas.; and her grandchildren, Courtney Dyess-Mam of Van Alstyne, Tiffany Solis of Dallas, Tyler Albrecht of McKinney, Clayton Lamb of Caddo Mills, Logan Thomas of Broken Arrow, Dalton Thomas of Bentonville and Austin Hughes of Fayetteville.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association at http://www.alz.org, a cause close to her heart.
